Chris Holmes, the Company's owner and president, founded Chris Holmes Construction LLC (Originally BaySide Remodelers) in 1998 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from The University of South Alabama and working for 28 years as a Contractor. Over the years, our Construction business has completed numerous remodeling and construction projects in and around the area. > Knowledge, professionalism, and integrity are key traits I look for in a general contractor, and I found all these in Chris Holmes.  I hired Chris this spring to make repairs to my house, and I am completely satisfied with all the work.  Throughout the project, Chris clearly communicated the work that would be done, the price for that work, and the schedule.  Uncovering unforeseeable problems is inherent in the work of repairing and remodeling an existing building.  Chris clearly communicated those potential areas during our earliest conversations, and he and his subcontractors handled those areas expertly, keeping me informed and involved.  His subcontractors kept dust and debris contained to the project areas, and they cleaned daily so that my house remained usable throughout the project.  Chris did everything he had promised.  I highly recommend Chris Holmes Construction.
