**Q: Can this rod be cut down to fit a 27 inch shower opening?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: We recommend our 60" curved fixed shower curtain rod for this application.  You would need to cut 16.5 inches off of each end.

In the picture, it appears that the rod is actually a very dark bronze...almost black...with a copper edge. Is this an accurate depiction??

A: Yes, it is our Oil Rubbed Bronze finish.

I would like to know if this collection has a matching towel ring, in chrome.

A: It is not a complete ring but search "Primo towel ring"  for the hand towel holder.

What are the dimensions of the mounting hardware for the curtain rod?  I have a very small clearance and I am having a difficult time finding a curved rod that will fit because the mounting hardware is typically too wide. Thank you.

Hello,
I bought this item a few months ago and the arm now keeps falling off the base. I love the look of this but am frustrated by constantly having to place it back in the base. Do you have any suggestions as to how to remedy this or has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, Beth Olson

A: We have had no previous issues with this item. There is a set screw at the bottom of the inside of the post that locks the arm on.  This screw may be lose.  If this does not solve the issue we will be glad to send you a replacement.
