> Mark built my house in 1999. He far surpassed any trust issue since I was in NC the whole time he was building. my house. He was very much involved in every aspect of my planning and his family (daughters and wife) helped him do a lot of the work which was really cool. I ended up letting him rent the house from me as I was not retired yet. He did some add on work such as another bathroom and doubling size of my deck. It has been many years now and there has been absolutely no problems with structure of the house. I absolutely loved him and his family. He was so honest and upfront about any aspect of the project. One could  not find a better partner on such an important undertaking. Again, my house is is great condition thanks to his attention to detail. I was so lucky to find such a guy.

> I first started working with Mark Mahlum, owner/builder, of Lindmark Homes, in 1991.  Mark has built 7 quality homes in SW Colorado for me over the years and is now building my 8th and last home.  I have built 3 homes with 3 other builders and would never build with any builder other than Mark again.  He works well with his customers and has many repeat customers besides myself.  He will design for your lot and draw the blueprints.  He will put together a bid for you and that's all you will pay unless you choose something different than what was bid on.  When I moved to SW Colorado I asked my real estate agent who he recommended for a builder and Mark was one of the two quality builders suggested, just different styles.  I'm so glad I chose Mark!  He's been building since the 1970s and does not cut corners - quality in craftsmanship is paramount with him whatever your budget.  I recommend checking out his website for pictures of some of the homes he has built as well as additional testimonials.
