He did a great job on our deck and did extra without charging us by doing the brick all the way around the deck and also power washing our sandstone steps without charge front and back. He made our gazeba deck and house look new and fresh again. He cleaned up after himself and even had referrals for other jobs we needed to have done inside. And you can't beat the company of his dog Scootch! We will definitely be using him in the future for more than just power washing and my parents have used PPW in the past and prices and service isnt even close. They called me right away with a quote and the quote was great. Randy assured me over and over the level of professionalism his team exhibits. I was not home when Randy and his team were there. I did come home from work and find one of the flower boxes on the front of my house, upside and ruined. I also had a note on my back door with a bill for more than the quote and a request "could you get me cash please?" I called him about my flowers and I couldn't make this up if I tried - he told me everything was perfect when he left my house and that one of his competitors must have done this after he left. He also told me that he "wasn't going to argue with me" but that I was wrong on the quote he verbally gave me and that it was in fact higher. > > To make matters even worse, Randy left all of the empty cleaning chemical bottles in my driveway. When asked about it, he said that his guys threw the bottles away "in the garbage behind my garage." I DON"T HAVE RUBBISH BINS BEHIND MY GARAGE. He then literally blamed my elderly neighbors for anything wrong with my house. My neighbors? Really?!? Yup, he said that absolutely anything wrong with my house was done by my elderly neighbors after he left. Speechless. Between my neighbors and his competitors, I am just thankful the entire house wasn't burned to the ground. > > So while the house looks good, there is rubbish in my driveway, my remaining landscaping, and stuff is ruined. So I guess you should only use this company if you don't mind having your stuff destroyed by Randy's "competitors" and your elderly neighbors. I believe you get what you pay for and Randy's experience and knowledge is worth it.
