They are highly professional and trust worthy, taking pride in their work. Would definitely do business with Kevin and Onyx again in the future. Highly recommended. > > It was time to remodel the bathrooms which still had the original groovy turquoise bathroom fixtures. Onyx Custom Homes was recommended and upon meeting Miles and Kevin with the initial concept, they listened and understood, were very knowledgeable providing advice and explained the techniques required. Shortly there after Onyx provided a budget and explained the process to renovate and make the idea become reality. All my questions were answered which gave me confidence that Onyx was the right choice. > > The bathrooms were totally gutted and the wall between the powder room and main bathroom was taken out and a flush mounted load bearing beam was installed. Now a new main bathroom was needed so a bedroom was converted into a new bathroom. The whole foot print was changed requiring new relocated plumbing and electrical. > > Communication was top priority as Kevin managed the project, was easy to talk to and responded promptly and thoughtfully to questions. He checked in regularly with updates, reminders and to see how things were going. Kevin made sure all the details were done right. If any issues or surprises came up, options were discussed and they were quickly resolved above and beyond.
