Terry contacted me right away and was always on time for each of our meetings. He brought out product samples and made it very easy for us to make our final selections. They weren't the cheapest vendor we contacted. But we certainly don't regret selecting them. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves the way we would expect. The finished product exceeded our expectations. He really went above and beyond, and delivered excellent results to what I was afraid was a lost cause!! My heart felt thanks to Steven and Lixor Pools for going above and beyond! OH!! My previous pool vendor couldn’t seem to get a handle on it so I reached out to LUXOR Pool. They came out and did a comprehensive water analysis and showed me the results. Come to find out my old pool vendor was only testing 4 chemicals each week and LUXOR tests up to 12 chemicals each week. This allowed LUXOR to quickly determine the problem and get my pool back in shape.
