From start to finish, Frank and his team explained everything that would happen and how fast-even when there were supply chain delays-and they listened to what I wanted while also inserting their own structural and design expertise. If you're impatient or you think you know more than people who do this every day for as long as they've done it, you'll probably be disappointed! I trusted them and I'm so happy. They do what they say they can do and won't do what they can't. Communication was consistent throughout and I truly felt like they were treating me like family. Pricing was fair-trust me, I researched everything! They gave me an entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment complete with fitness room, kitchen, theater room with custom features AND a new washer/dryer hookup in my storage room. They've helped me add tremendous value to my home and I'm truly enjoying it. They've given me a luxury living space that allows me to be close to my mom to help her age in place.
