In comparison, Pine Tree Design & Construction were very professional when it came to the contractual agreement. Everything was laid out in terms of schedule and payment due on specific benchmarks. Eran gave an estimate of project completion of 10-12 weeks and the project was completed 12 weeks to the exact day. Eran never over promised and was always transparent about the potential of increased cost. I am not a micromanager and prefer the experts do their job to the utmost perfection without my interference. I can always count on Eran to make sure his workers are performing at their best. With most big jobs, there's been imperfections that manifest after the job is completed and all invoices are paid. When I inform Eran of the issue, he takes care of it immediately without further hassle.
