They were always very responsive and willing to spend time discussing different ideas to figure out how to make them work with our space. We faced some significant issues with our project (which were unrelated to the work and completely out of Innovative’s control), but Rich was willing to work with us and help figure out a path forward. His flexibility allowed us to get to a result we are really happy with.
