> John was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Great to work with! His flexibility allowed me to get the most out of a tight budget!

> Absolute pleasure to work with. Quick response time every time! Highly recommend John and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

> We hired John to design an addition for a house in the Historic District of the Heights, (houston). As many of you know, that involves a lot of regulations. What John came up with was so unique, yet functional and also met all the guidelines of the historic preservation committee and the HOA. We had to come back to him on numerous occasions for edits due to the City of Houston needing changes. He never once complained. He was incredibly patient and professional, while turning around the work required at a lightening quick pace. We are beyond impressed with John's work; we will always use him for house designs in the future, and have no hesitation recommending him to everyone!

**★★★★★ — Steve Gonzales, Oct. 2016**

> I worked with John over several months as he took our vision of our new home from a simple drawing to a dream come true. He worked with us as we made several modifications along the way and gave us more than what we could have asked for. He did this all while we were living overseas and unable to make/take phone calls. He does amazing work and is completely professional. He was flexible, patient and always available to respond in a timely manner to our questions, concerns and new ideas. We worked with him under a very reasonable rate comparable to others, and I wouldn't have had it any other way with the finished product we have. If you are considering this highly skilled professional to do your job, do yourself a favor and contact him. You will be happy you did. Thank you for everything!!!

**★★★★★ — Patrick Harrington, Sept. 2016**

> I send my home building clients to John for design/build projects. He is creative, thorough and on time with his promised design stage completion dates. My clients' feedback is that he is very easy and accommodating to work with. In my experience (and hearing feedback from clients) he over delivers, which is truly remarkable in the plan design business.
> Designing a home per the clients' requests is only one segment of the work involved but to make it such an enjoyable experience REALLY has JMC Designs be a stand out company.

**★★★★★ — Built Green Custom Homes, June 2016**

> JMC Designs has provided our clients with beautiful custom home plans for years. They create all styles and create designs to fit any clients needs.

**★★★★★ — stephogle1988, Nov. 2014**

> JMC Designs is an awesome company! They were referred to my husband and I by a family member and we have been so extremely happy with his work. With not having much of an idea of the style of home we wanted, John helped us create a design so perfect for our lifestyle and taste! He has created more than we could ever imagine in our home, and we are so excited to build soon! He is very punctual, on time with everything he says he will do, and he delivers when he says he will. He is also very easy to work with and helpful when needed, a great "people" personality. We would recommend his work to anyone looking to build an amazing home! We couldn't be happier that we picked JMC Designs to work with!!!

**★★★★★ — Collinas Design & Construction, March 2012**

> I have worked with JMC Designs for years. They have always delivered quality designs in a very timely manner. We have the highest regard for the people and the work done by JMC Designs.
