They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. > But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. I'm redoing it now, but am having a hard time finding matching lavender tiles. I was in a Utah program called Localscapes that helped me design the front yard and gave me a grant afterwards since I removed the grass and added clover and xeroscaping. Celery. Visualization, Rendering images helped me visualize what it all would look like finished. I removed the grass and the center green area is mini clover. I have drip irrigation and some sprayers. My yard includes an edible landscaping with a dwarf weeping santa rosa plum, geradi dwarf mulberry bush, red/black/clove currants and I'm going to add a pixicot apricot in the front.
