It clearly provides a breakdown to every stage and aspect of the home building process. Cypress? What is the color of the stain? A: This is a fir material with a circle sawn texture from Montana Wood Products. Great looking house for sure! **Q: barn plans** *(in Photo Questions)* Can I buy this barn plan? What is the size and cost to buy the plans for it? A: This is a custom design that we did for this specific customer. We can create a modified version of this plan for you if you like. Where are you located and what size and use are you looking for? **Q: POLL: Hardwood in a kitchen - Yes or No?** *(in Polls)* There seems to always be a discussion around about whether or not it is okay or wise to put hardwood floors in a kitchen, mostly due to the inherent moisture. What is your stance? Is hardwood in the kitchen a yes or a no for you? VOTE and tell us about it in the comments! A: We do wood in about 90% of the projects we build right now. This photo doesn't show the space behind you which is about 6' of that 25'11" dimension or maybe a little more. That is from the wall to wall so the cabinets and fireplace intrude into that space.
