We knew less than nothing at the beginning of this process and, thankfully, Rachel can do it all - she designed our new layout and then could show it to us with 3D renderings! We were completely overwhelmed with all the choices but she listened and then offered options, all of which were good, to narrow down our preferences - complete with renderings of how each color or texture would look. (Outside of a very rough idea, we didn't even know what we wanted and she figured it out and made it stunning). We've never, ever felt rushed or pressured.
