DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Some designers do a good job and some don’t. If you’re stuck with a poor designer, expect to do all the work yourself, which defeats the purpose of having a designer. The leadership is unresponsive and don’t care about you, the customer. Builders send their customers to Finishing Touches so the leadership at Finishing Touches don’t care if they provide you with good customer service or not. Whatever you do, don’t order any furniture from them. We ordered some furniture and they delivered the wrong color and now say that the manufacturer can not deliver the furniture that we ordered. Their policy is store credit only, which is no problem if you deliver the furniture that I ordered. But they delivered something different. I want a refund since they can not deliver what I ordered. We have tried to reach out to Kelly the owner, but she refuses to talk to us and refuses to help us at all. Horrible experience for us.
