Even though there had been enough overall area in our house for this furniture, the space was chopped up in ways that prevented easy placement solutions. Meghan was incredibly helpful and creative in designing the space to accommodate what we wanted, especially given the constraints. She listened to our concerns and wants and came up with solutions to the problems, while also making suggestions which enhanced the space in other ways. We were on sabbatical leave while the physical work of the remodel happened, and Meghan, Kevin, and Matt all kept us up to date on changes and decisions that needed to be made. The home is listed as an historic property and is about 100 years old. It's service transitioned from housing families to use by the sorority in 1982. The project focuses were complete plumbing replacement, renovation of the kitchen and bath areas, upgrade to heating and air, and installation of new floors. Morse worked with us for a couple of years before actual construction began in March 2020. Their representatives were patient, helpful, creative, sensitive, honest, and understanding as we worked to obtain the funding and approvals necessary to begin work. Their communication and responsiveness during design and construction were stellar. We also found using Buildertrend during construction to be easy and helpful. Miraculously, there were really no unpleasant surprises when the walls were opened, a tribute to the original craftsmen. The only glitch was with an appliance supplier and that was remedied quickly.
