A: The railings are a stainless steel cable system with a IPE top rail. Yes they are weather proof.

Where can I find the roofing material over the window bump out?

A: The roofing over the bay window is made up of copper sheets that our roofing contractor fabricated on site.

A: The walls are Sherwin Williams SW7036 Accessible Beige. The Cathedral ceiling is Sherwin Williams SW 7057 Silver Strand and the trim is Benjamin Moore I-70 Linen White. I hope this helps and good luck with your project.
