Keri helped us chose a shower wall tile that was a copy of our marble countertops, and the herring bone floor we picked provides us with a safe, non slip shower. We chose to use some of our own subs - electrician, plumber and painter - who had worked with us over the years and helped build our house. Finding a tile person was more difficult, but the person we settled on was very good, and he helped us make some small changes to the shower design that were a big improvement. Two other subs did not show the care and attention to detail that I expected, and they were the cause of concern and some delay to the whole project. When choosing to do any major renovation, you should expect some small issues to arise, but over all ours were managable There will always be the unexpected. Budget your money and check the time frame. Most projects take longer and cost more than expected. That's life. The refresh of our Master Bath looks great and will definitely be enjoyed my husband and me thanks to Keri's knowledge and expertise. A: This hamper was custom built by the cabinet maker. **Q: Dumbwaiter buttons.** *(in Photo Questions)* We're these buttons provided with your dumb Waiter or did you get them separately? Ours came with very industrial buttons that don't match our style. A: Hi Sara, thank you for your inquiry. For some reason I am just now seeing this. Sorry for the delay! That is a good question. I believe the electrical contractor installed those buttons, but I'm not sure if they came with the dumbwaiter. I will try to find out for you. **Q: How much does Coriander Counters cost?** *(in Photo Questions)* I have 2 different counters that r appromatly 6ft long each. What is the most economic Stone to use on them? A: Hi Phyllis, sorry for the delayed response. For some reason, I did not see this before now. Corian, granite, quartz, marble, etc. all vary in price depending on their availability, grade and finish. You could spend anywhere from $30/sq. ft. to $80/sq. ft depending on what you choose. The countertop in this kitchen was a leathered granite so it was pretty $$$. Your best bet is to go with a level A or B granite (or solid surface, Corian) in a polished finish with a standard edge profile. You can also look for remnant pieces at some slab yards near you to see if they have sizes that will fit your space. Those usually sell for about half the price.
