We chose a very modern home and they were excited to begin the adventure with us. They are very genuine, honest people and very knowledgable about every facet of the building process. I think Suzanne has every measurement memorized! She also has an innate sense for design. Mike will help you accomplish your dream and even go out of his way to pick up that something extra you need to complete the project. He is a master in laying out the house perfectly with the topography of the lot. Together they make an amazing team! While simple in appearance, our Cabana was a very complex project including plumbing for a full bath and washer/dryer, extensive electrical and low voltage work for appliances and entertainment systems, and most importantly our "dream" outdoor fireplace. At every step of the project, the Abernathys were onsite to inspect and direct. I am a detail oriented and meticulous consumer, and Suzanne was always understanding and flexible; able to "get" that sometimes things "in physical stature" don't always reflect what is in paper planning. The Abernathys were critical to the successful completion of our dream backyard project, both in terms of achieving perfection and ensuring the quality that we envisioned when we began.
