> Chad Loper has now built three homes for me personally over the last 10 years.  I am shocked when I hear people talk about how painful the building process is.  I have never had that experience when dealing with Chad and his company.  Due to his planning and attention to detail I felt like we knew what the deal was going in and that's the same deal we got at completion.  He was always on budget and on time.  I would strongly recommend that any one building a custom home in the Orange Beach area take the time to meet with Loper Construction.

> If I built again, I'd use them again. Chad and his staff are very responsive, friendly and professional. Chad thinks of things you don't even think about putting in your home (i.e. Switches for your lights on each side of the master bed...love this or wiring for surround sound.) Ashley and Jenny try to get you the best deals on lighting, plumbing, marble/granite, tile, etc... His crews are respectful and get the jobs done. You can be as involved in the building process as you like or not, but either way they will take good care of you. I ran by their office to get our garage door openers and am handed the biggest 3 ring binder ever that is titled our owners manual. It has all the names and numbers of the crews that worked on our house, boat dock and pool and paperwork for everything too (kitchen appliances, mirrors, plumbing, lighting, pool, etc...SO thorough!!! You won't go wrong with this company.
