They basically assumed what color I wanted the frames on my window screens to be because I picked satin nickel hardware. First off, the screen frame is grey. Not satin nickel. Second, don't assume what I want and ask. Who even installs grey screens? Most windows are either black or white. Who has grey windows? Safe to say this company doesn't take any responsibility and of course doesn't make it right. If I need an interior designer I would ask. This is after spending $70,000 total for new windows. Needed to return $1,800 of standard sized windows and replaced it with another $3,000 of windows. They would not accept any returns, nor provide any commercial gesture.
