> Having just completed my first full-scale bathroom re-model, I cannot recommend and thank the crew at Metro and particularly Tony Pino, enough.  Tony initially responded to my plea on a neighborhood group after I was let down by another contractor AFTER having done the demolition!  He happily took on my project at short notice, was endlessly helpful with design ideas, cheerfully put up with my indecision and changes-of-mind, worked seamlessly with sub-contractors, and encouraged me in making choices that worked beautifully.  That the workmanship and finishes were of impeccable quality was just the icing on the cake, and I think the results speak for themselves!

> What you see on Instagram is not what you get from Metro.  I learned my $100,000 lesson the hard way by not checking their work with my own eyes.  Specifically, I would recommend looking at projects not posted on their social media, if you are considering using this company.

> My fairly basic kitchen renovation with a new fireplace facade, TV cabinet, and shelving has taken over 8 months to complete.  (We are still waiting for them to address concerns we have had for months). And we are still trying to get Metro to come back and finish things installed incorrectly or installed with damage done.  The owner Tony is completely untrustworthy, incommunicative (he will only reach out when a bill is due), and called me passive aggressive when I reached out about my concerns with the lack of quality in their workmanship.  We also had numerous details overlooked in the construction process from not having our wood floors covered during painting to the electrical work for our oven not being completed before they drywalled and installed cabinets.  So the oven we waited 8 months for couldn't be installed due to their negligence and oversight.  Tony said they would come and fix all of this and we are still waiting for that to be done. I spent hours on my hands and knees scraping paint off of our floor and chandelier.  We were overcharged on our invoice and luckily we noticed because nobody on Metro's end said anything.

> Tony did not follow through on his word and at this point I would rather pay someone else to finish this project.  I am sick to my stomach with how much this cost and the lack of integrity this company had while in my home.  I would suggest going with a much cheaper and higher quality of work.  The only thing I would recommend is using Heather for design.

> There are certainly parts of your review that I agree with, and some that we do not agree on. We made it 2/3rds through the project with a trade partner that did some great work, and some that wasn't up to our standards or yours. I have worked with this person for almost 11 years and they never had these issues and I sincerely apologize. Once we removed them from the project, I believe your trust in us was lost which I completely understand. From there, we rallied the troops and your project looks fantastic. While we were still in construction we continued to get punch lists that normally get taken care of at the end of the project. I understand that us losing your trust contributed to this, and we continued to work on them to ease your concerns. There were a few items (mostly cabinetry) left on the punch list that unfortunately had long lead times which made the process much longer than usual.

> In conclusion, we have great reviews for a reason and I'm sorry we were not able to provide you with that same great experience that we provide consistently. Heather certainly did a wonderful job with your design and I hope you are able to enjoy your space for years to come.
