### Reviews

**★★★★★ — Lauren Mannella, Dec. 2020**

> Ed was extremely knowledgeable and helped us out of a difficult situation with our Contractor. He has a very calming demeanor, excellent negotiation skills and is a master of his craft. I highly recommend Ed and Priority 1 as an expert in his field.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thanks Lauren- I was happy to help you with your challenges and glad that your project ultimatley turned out well.

**★★★★★ — geojcox, Oct. 2020**

> Ed helped us organize the project from the start. From looking at different ways to structure contractor contracts to planning and budgeting. As we moved through the project, he advised throughout, and we used the easy app-based timeline and budget tools he setup for us all time. Thx Ed. We are really excited about how it all turned out.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thanks George- this project had it's challenges but you now have a wonderful home that reflects all of the careful planning and thoughtful preparation you put in to the project. I really enjoyed working with you!

**★★★★★ — Home renovation, Oct. 2020**

> I recently did a full home renovation while living out of town, and hired Ed to represent me on site and provide updates on the progress. Ed helped monitor progress, coordinate with the GC and keep me in the loop on decisions that needed to be made to keep things moving. Ed uses a cloud-based project management tool for sharing photos and schedules, which helped keep everything in one place.
>
> The end result is a home I'm extremely happy about without having to manage everything firsthand. I'd highly recommend working with Ed for anyone doing something similar.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> I am glad that I could bring you peace of mind during your home renovation while you were living out of town!

**★★★★★ — Alexander Moryakov, July 2020**

> Ed saved us a considerable amount of time, money and stress by handling all of the details of our custom home construction project in Del Mar. Ed is a highly regarded Project Manager with over 30 years of experience—we considered ourselves very lucky to have had Ed as a part of our team. It was clear from the beginning he was looking out for our best interests as our advocate, representative, and eyes on the ground since we were out of town during much of the construction. In addition to all of the typical Project Manager responsibilities Ed went above and beyond in the following ways: he recommended an architect who was able to modify our plans and increase the square footage to meet our requirements, he negotiated with our neighbor to address easement issues, he worked with our bank to manage the construction loan draws and he provided us with updated budgets on a regular basis. Ed provided invaluable assistance during out construction project and I recommend him highly.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Alexander -it was a pleasure to work with you on this project. Everything turned out wonderful and you have a gorgeous home!

**★★★★★ — TheRealEstateCat, May 2020**

> I was introduced to Ed through my La Jolla Real Estate Board, of which he is a member. He was hired to manage the repair and reconstruction of a 2nd floor & 3rd floor deck repair in a 21 unit residential building in La Jolla. He created and coordinated a timeline with the contractors and architects and then communicated with the HOA and Board each step of the way. Mid way through the project the contractor ran into termites in the main beam, which altered the budget and gave us few options. Ed had the difficult job of having to communicate with the tenants in the unit affected they were going to need to vacate longer than they anticipated. Ed was able to take a sour situation and bring about a successful conclusion. The deck repair was completed on time, because of Ed's relationship with the contractor and Foreman. Everyone, including the HOA and Board members were very impressed with Ed's work ethic. If you are looking for someone who has the background in construction, the ability to stay organized, articulate and communicate on all levels, and stay present, you don't need to look any further. Ed did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend his services. Good job, Ed. The deck looks great.
> Photos available upon request.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thank you so much for your wonderful review Jeannie. It was my pleasure to guide the board though this challenging project.

**★★★★★ — Doug Taylor, Dec. 2018**

> Ed, is an absolute professional. When my project would take an unexpected turn, Ed took the time to understand the situation and then proactively worked to improve it. Amazing to work with.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thank you for the compliment Doug. I am happy we were able to get you moved back in by Christmas.

**★★★★★ — Brian McBride, Dec. 2018**

> Knowlegable, experienced, fair and on your side. Ed will take the tasks that are critical to keep contractors doing what they should off your plate so your time can be used elsewhere.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thank you Brian- I hope your new deck brings lots of new customers to Priority Public House!

**★★★★★ — Fazzolari Custom Homes & Renovations, July 2018**

> We originally saw Ed at the International Home Builder Show in Orlando - and what impressed us all from the moment we saw his presentation was his personality and awareness of all the nuances of the construction trade, both from the builders' view and the homeowners...but additionally that he was attending classes and taking in as much as he could.
>
> After a couple of phone calls and seeing how he could help our business, we hired Ed on a monthly basis to provide consulting services. We have been working with Ed for almost six months and in that time I would estimate he has saved us at least two to three times what we have paid out in terms of cost savings, and our access to an ongoing revenue stream is picking up.
>
> I would highly recommend Ed to any builder (that I don't compete with :-) that wants to simplify their life, streamline their business and be more successful.
>
> Thanks Ed! See you at next years show!

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> John- thank you for your review. It has been a pleasure working with you and John and I look forward to helping Fazzolari Homes reach its full potential

**★★★★★ — Ashley Hopwood Farrar, June 2018**

> Before Ed came on the job, we had suffered too many setbacks to count. The project was seriously lagging. When the homeowner (my client) finally agreed to hire Ed, everything changed. Our communication became clearer, quicker, and more comprehensive. He met with the homeowner and contractor, identified our goals and target timeline, and immediately got to work.
> Ed's gentle (but reliable) persistence got our project back on track. He fills the ESSENTIAL role of project manager and does so in the most amazing way. Ed speaks to everyone with respect and made sure that our contractor (and trades) felt supported rather than attacked. His work is a direct contributor to the success of our project. His business model is invaluable.
> Ed is one of my favorite people in this industry. As well as being great at his job, he is an incredibly genuine, kind, and caring person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. DON'T HESITATE TO HIRE ED!

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Ashley- Thank you for your wonderful review. I am happy to help your client with a very challenging project

**★★★★★ — User, June 2018**

> Ed was very helpful interfacing between me and the contractor during a complicated renovation project. His reporting including pictures and cloud based progress reports were easy to use and helpful.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thanks for the compliments Scott. I enjoyed working with you.

**★★★★★ — Jim McInerney, Dec. 2017**

> Ed was hired to manage a high end remodel in La Jolla. He worked perfectly, interacting with the contractors and architect and homeowner. It was a blessing to have him on this project, and he ended up saving the owner thousands of Dollars and time. His systems were invaluable. Thank you Ed and Priority 1 Project Management.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thanks Jim! I look forward to working with you again on another project in the future!

**★★★★★ — Robert Dodds Construction, Dec. 2017**

> Ed and Priority One Projects handled all of the project administration and owners representation for a custom home that my company, Robert Dodds Construction, just recently completed. Ed and his staff did a terrific job of processing all of the documentation including every subcontract, monitoring insurance certificates and lien releases. They reviewed and paid every invoice, prepared every loan draw request for the bank and kept the construction budget up to date. Ed also interfaced with the homeowner throughout the entire project and visited the site on a regular basis to meet with me and review the progress. Ed’s involvement during the entire construction process made my job SO much easier and allowed me to focus on building an outstanding custom home. A true team player who does whatever it takes to keep things moving along in the right direction. Not only is Ed extremely organized and sharp, he is a pleasure to be around and I always look forward to our meeetings. I highly recommend Ed and Priority One Projects to any builder who is looking to streamline their administrative paperwork and improve their interactions with their clients.

**Comment from Priority 1 Project Management:**

> Thanks Rob - It was a pleasure working with you, I look forward to working with you on more projects in 2018.
