If demo is needed with all wall preparation with insulation, electrical etc... plus racks, lights, glass enclosure and racking of course, you can be looking at around $45K+- If you have someone to do the space prep, then it can come down to around $36K+-. We put alot of emphasis in lighting so we like to incorporate LEDs in our racking. These strips are positioned either vertically or horizontally. If the client goes with RGB, like in this photo, they can choose color and intensity with their remote. If they just opt for white warm lighting, then they just have dimmer capabilities.
