## Community Q&A

**Q: What do you call the ceiling layout?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have a Lindal Home in indiana much like this one, it was built in 97 and the ceiling is all the same stain, I really like yours and we are in the middle of renovating. 
Thanks for any advice!

A: The ceiling on this particular home is a clear cedar finish. The Cedar comes in a wide variety  of shades  and tones which you can order from your local Lindal dealer. Please note that clear cedar (without knots) will be more expensive because it is more rare. Good luck with your renovations :)
