We hired them at the recommendation of ICE Designs (our interior designer) for a total renovation of our home, and the results are truly fantastic. Matt Bailey was incredible to work with from the very beginning. The entire team showed a level of professionalism, respect, and meticulous attention to detail that is rare to find in the industry. We lived in the home during the 8 month process and felt very comfortable with Matt's trades and subs. They never cursed, ate or drank in our home, listened to loud music and even removed dirty shoes without us asking. To speak to the level of detail and care, Matt always had a plan to reduce dust and the mess right down to zippered entrances to portioned off active work areas. > What truly set Masters Touch apart was their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way, stuck to the timeline they provided, and were completely transparent about the budget. When unexpected issues arose, as they inevitably do with any large-scale renovation, they were on top of it immediately and presented solutions that were both effective and thoughtful. The craftsmanship and the detail were absolution amazing, including such items as 3 hand carved doors from Nicaragua, canterra stone enclosure for kitchen hood, two-story high canterra stone fireplace mantle which was a replica of a gymnasium entrance in Spain, accent tilework around front door and wine cellar door, and multiple dome ceilings with rope lighting. Everything is incredibly high quality. We routinely get compliments on the quality of the woodworking including the cabinets and doors. The flow of the house is fantastic and the outdoor space is amazing. > > Michael and Matt were amazing to work with as we made some modifications as part of buying the home. Both were extremely responsive and expert at their craft. To this day (7 years later), we can reach out to Matt or Michael with questions and we hear back from them within 24 hours.
