We worked with Mark Hochman and he was a great guy. Although he was a salesman he wasn't pushy in any way. He was more like a friend / consultant. The contractor they recommended for the demolition and re-install (appliances) was superior and I kept his contact information and would use him again in a heart beat. The gentleman who installed the cabinets was a real craftsman. His name was Paul and he worked alone and I couldn't be more impressed with his eye for detail and zen-like demeanor. Our only frustration with Red Rose was their "deliberative" pricing process. Even the smallest of changes seemed to take a week for an updated price. But at the end of the day, I have custom cabinets that look amazing and it really was a very fair price. We shopped around at several places and Red Rose was very competitively priced. So give yourself a little extra time for the process and give a local company with local craftsman a shot at your business. From the initial consultation, through the design phases and to the execution, Red Rose more than met our expectations.
