> My sales lady was good, and the actually installer (Billy) was good.  However,  I can't say the same for the people Managing the company.  Poor customer service and quality control.  They started my cabinets back in the beginning of May and didn't finish until July 31st.  The project was plagued with problems after A few cabinets were damaged in shipping, then they fired the original installer, then I didn't see anyone for almost 3 weeks, the cabinets had to be built out from the base to match the size of the originals (a cost that should have been included and covered originally).  The counter tops eventually came in, then had to be torn back off as some cabinets didn't sit right, in still waiting on a shelf that is supposed to be replaced.  Not once did someone come out and check the work afterwards, no one seemed to know exactly was going on, and never was it a priority to fix their mistakes.  The house was always messy after they left and the only one that seemed to care was the installer (Billy) but the management never seemed to listen.  I can't say I'd recommend them to anyone nor use them again for anything.

> Rock Solid was used for the granite vendor through Home Depot.  They were wonderful and extremely professional.   The installers which install for any purchase of granite through Home Depot must not have any type of record at all, not even a trespassing ticket.  The men were neat, not talky and absolutely right on with knowing their job.  Also the man who came to do the template for the job did a perfect job.  No gaps between the granite and wall which is good as I did not want the back splash granite piece.
