**Q: paint color** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the exterior paint color on this?

A: hi- it's just white!  all we did was go to lowe's + get 5 gallon buckets of the whitest paint they had for 'exterior stucco'.  the trim is called 'chowder'. if you'd like to see more views/angles of it, go to instagram + do a search for \#homesharonnamisha

When it comes to hardwood floors, do you prefer light or dark flooring? I have to say my taste has changed over the years. What's yours?

There seems to always be a discussion around about whether or not it is okay or wise to put hardwood floors in a kitchen, mostly due to the inherent moisture. What is your stance? Is hardwood in the kitchen a yes or a no for you?

Last year, I was able to go to New England in October and did a fair amount of driving around and "leaf peeping." Being from California, it is nothing like where we live! The colors are just gorgeous.
