The only glitch was that one weather-sensitive task was not scheduled early enough in the fall. Also, the detailed estimate they provided was very close to the final cost. Most of the suppliers they use were very helpful. The contractors they use seemed responsible and professional. The workmanship generally appeared very good. They were flexible in arranging times to meet with us and were readily available to answer questions. We appreciated the gift certificate for cleaning that we were given at the end.

> We hired Roost Custom Builders Ltd. for a complete knock down and redo of our basement complete with a new 3/4 bath, kitchen, dinning room, and second floor full bath.  The finished product was fantastic, our basement is now warm and cozy, no more dungeon feeling.  The kitchen project is a our pride and joy.  Roost gave us a chef's kitchen in a very small area, perfect for entertaining, we haven't stopped since April 2013.  The main bath is a beauty.  Everything we asked for we received, a few surprises, not the fault of Roost, took us a bit over budget, but all in all we have a brand new home inside the existing shell.  Our only suggestion would be to have a cleaning crew come in once the project was complete, but we did live in the home during renovations, which was harder on the crew then possibly on us.

A: Hi Gwen,  the plumbing fixtures come from Greenslade Bath.  I tried to answer your question last week, but it might have been as a separate comment and been unclear.  Greenslade is on Bradford St in Winnipeg.  Hope that helps!
