**Q: Aluminum or wood-aluminum windows?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I have a big dilemma about choosing the right windows for our house. I will go for black windows outside and inside, but I am not sure should I use inside wood or also aluminium. I love wood, but I am not sure is there any point if it is painted black? Can somebody tell me the pros and cos of both window types beside from the price? I will have a traditional look of the house, but I think I can achieve that with both kind of windows if I use sash bars, but I love the eclectic look that an alu window gives to a traditional home. I have several different opinions, from an architect, from an engineer, from the windows salesman...  and I really can not decide! What do you think?
