S&J Properties did the following: > 1\) Took the house down to the studs and replaced all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC; brought everything up to code > 2\) Installed a new roof > 3\) Added nearly 500 sq feet to accommodate a new master bedroom, in-house laundry room, and additional bathroom > 4\) Took out walls to create an open floor space > 5\) Raised ceilings to 9 feet > 6\) Widened hallways to 5 feet > 7\) Installed HUGE double-pane windows to let in lots of natural light > 8\) Installed LED canned lighting throughout house, with energy-saving in mind > 9\) Completely rebuilt the kitchen and installed a beautiful island with a stove and oven > 10\) Rebuilt a wall that had been damaged internally due to water and mold > > The design process was quite extensive, as I already had a vision of what I wanted for this house. This project wound up being practically a down to the studs remodel with completely redone kitchen and baths. Practically all major systems (plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling) were redone. Issues that were noted during remodel were communicated and appropriate solutions done.
