> We hired Cunningham Construction in 2016 to turn our 80-year-old, falling-down detached two-car garage into an ADU guesthouse, and our experience working with Dustin Cunningham was excellent from beginning to end.

> From the start, communication was very clear, and we felt comfortable and able to trust the process. Dustin's bid was not the lowest bid we received, but it was by far the most thorough and left much less room for upselling or unexpected expenses once the project was underway. Our guesthouse was completed on time and on budget, which we truly appreciated.

> They provided us with a detailed project binder with timelines, budget, payment schedule, and receipts, which made it easy to stay organized and keep track of everything throughout the build.

> The project took around seven months, and throughout that time communication was excellent. We were kept up-to-date each week on the schedule, the work being done, which subcontractors would be on site, and upcoming inspections. The crews were respectful and kept our property and workspace very clean throughout the project.

> In the nine years since the project was completed, we’ve had hundreds of Airbnb guests stay in the guesthouse. It has held up tremendously well through all of those travelers, and it still gets fantastic reviews — a real testament to the quality of the build.
