> We retained Rojas Construction to upgrade a bedroom in our home.   It was a small job but involved carpentry, electrical, painting and reconfiguration of the heating system.  We were very pleased with the results.  Tito and his crew were professional, courteous, honest and skilled at their trades.   The finished work was true to the original 1920’s architecture of our home.   Rojas Construction’s pricing was fair, and they started and finished the work on schedule as promised.   I recommend them without hesitation for other remodeling or construction work.

> Tito and the guys do all the work for my sister's house, so of course when it came to a big job, I knew where to go! We have a joke that even though we are both educators, I have public school teacher money and she has professor money. Tito was very aware and really worked to find options that worked within my budget. And he even helped me with a non-related plumbing issue I had during the renovation.

> Tito and his crew built both a deck and a front porch for us this summer, and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was a big deck project (the deck is 20' by 38') and their work and communication throughout the project was excellent. The craftsmanship of the deck is top notch; Tito and his crew are perfectionists and it shows. I was really impressed with how I showed Tito only one photo of that I wanted and he was able from that one picture to execute on my vision. His crew was completely professional and cleaned up the job site every day which was much appreciated as we have little kids and the deck is a large part of our yard. His crew was so kind to my son who is fascinated with construction. Tito checked in with us daily on how the project was progressing and if we were happy with the results, which we always were. With a doubt we'll use Tito and crew for many additional projects!

My Real Estate agent called Tito while I considered submitting an offer on the property, which relied on our ability to flip a 375 square foot unit  into a studio. Tito showed up on the spot, followed-up with a quote and had the studio move-in ready in 6 weeks. Fast forward to 2020, he's also remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom, deck, built a storage unit under my deck, removed a fire place from the living room, painted many interiors rooms of the house, including the full exterior and now a garage remodel. I always thought Roja Construction would return  to remodel my 2nd bathroom next, but shelter in place changed that as we looked for more space to work from home.
