Matt and his team are very professional and easy to talk to, and are truly skilled with the work they produce. Josh and I took our time to find the right builder for us and our dream home. We met with quite a few builders in the valley, but were not impressed until we found Matt and his team. Going with Matt and his crew is pretty much a one stop shop, they do it all from the design elements of the house, to breaking ground and every step along the way with construction from framing to finish work to completion. It was nice meeting with Matt through the design phase of the house because we had a rough floor plan that he took and turned it into a reality for us while keeping it financially obtainable as well. Its nice not having to find an architect to go through this, and then go find a builder to follow those plans. Building a home can be stressful with lots of decisions to be made with all the materials you need to choose, and Matt does what he can to reduce stress on the homeowners by taking care of things like permits so you can focus on other elements of the build. It was nice to show up to the build site throughout the whole process and actually see Matt there working unlike some contractors who just arrange subcontractors to do all the work. A great thing about Matt too is that he listens to your input and ideas while also giving the homeowner suggestions of what he thinks would work best or look best which has clearly been developed through years of experience. Matt has passion and pride in his work, and so does his crew which is evident in their finished product. Josh and I have truly been impressed with how our home has turned out and still are in awe that Matt and his crew were able to make our dream into a reality, and they did it in a timely and professional manner.
