> We couldn’t be happier with our decision to build with Greentech Homes. The entire team made us feel like a priority. Scott was so patient and kind during the sales process, and Lindsay made the selection meetings so much fun—she has an amazing eye for detail! Once construction started, Wesley took great care of us. He was always responsive and made sure every finishing touch was perfect. Thank you all for building our dream home!

> Greentech promised infrastructure including a fishing pond with dock and fountain. It was never completed though several residents moved into Providence Landing because of that promise. If it isn't there don't purchase based upon Greentech's promises.
>
> Also, though we are generally happy with the
> home, you are pretty much on your own once you sign the contract. Any follow-up with promised punch list items is nearly nonexistent.

> I am currently building a new GreenTech home, but I cannot recommend building with GreenTech. If you want a Greentech home, I would suggest purchasing a completed spec home after having a thorough home inspection. Three months into the building process, we have had multiple issues come up with the floor plan and the resolution to these issues has meant that the house we’re getting isn’t the house we thought we were purchasing. When it comes to GreenTech houses, if you can’t walk through the house and have it inspected, don’t buy the house.
> Due to poor planning and a litany of construction errors, Greentech has missed the first 2 closing dates.

**★★★★★ — Jeremy Fitzsimmons, Dec. 2017**

> Greentech exceeded expectations in helping my family build our dream home in the Southside. They went up and beyond with design, quality and finishes. Their designer Piper was amazing and the best. Briana, their on-staff architectural designer, was extremely creative and talented in utilizing space and maximizing our home's curb appeal. She was even able to fit in a garage apartment so we were able to have an on-site AirBnB (which pays our mortgage!). Everyone from the project managers to the Warranty Customer Service department have been absolutely awesome. With all new construction there are bound to be unforeseen issues but Greentech's staff were always proactive and accommodating to assist in making things right. They are a company with character and heart which is very hard to find in the construction business.

> Ever since we moved in, we've had problem after problem. Crumbling grout, uneven bathroom tile, plumbing problems, shoddy cabinets. Electrical problems with cooktop not working. We have had to move out for weeks at a time because fecal matter spewed out onto our woods floors from a downstairs toilet! Green tech have sent out people to fix these problems but 9 months later problems still persist!
>
> Our dream home has become a nightmare.

> We bought a house that was in the process of being built and worked with Erin at Greentech Homes to personalize it. Erin was proactive in lining up decisions that had to be made well ahead of the due date and helped us through the decision making process. We relied on her insight for several decisions since we were not able to be onsite and we are happy with her recommendations. When the house was completed and we saw the results we were very happy with the quality of construction and the design details included. Erin has been very responsive to our needs for fixes on the punch list and all but one have been resolved favorably. All in all, we are very satisfied with the house so far and with the level of professionalism and responsiveness shown by our consultant, Erin.

> Our overall experience in working with GreenTech has been very positive. They follow-thru with what they say they will do and to be fair, sometimes it takes a while but they always come through. I come from a builder family background so I'm familiar with the nature of the business. Our home is beautiful and we absolutely adore it. Paul T. and Chris B. were the original people we worked with closely and they are great! Erin came in later and has been amazing to work with too! There is no such thing as perfect but these people will work to get it as close to perfection as possible and that is something you don't find in this industry very often.

**★★★★★ — Hannah W., Jan. 2015**

> Greentech staff was very helpful from step 1, all the way to the end when we built our home. As first time home buyers, our contact, Erin, was extremely patient and informative. All deadlines were met on time or early, and online servers made it easy to select and confirm different items. Erin kept us informed throughout the 6 months of the build and answered emails/calls in a very timely manner. We have had a great experience with Greentech.

## Community Q&A

**Q: what is the stain on the hardwood floors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Minwax- Jacob Bean is the name.

**Q: Color on the walls** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the color on the walls in this project? Did you carry that throughout the house? Some pictures paint looks more blue or gray depending on the light. Guessing it is a versatile color.

A: This is Revere Pewter, depending on how the light reflects it- it can look both gray and blue
