> I am SO happy I had Tim do my bathroom remodel. He worked with me from beginning to end to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, and EVERYTHING he did was done meticulously. He gave me an estimate prior to beginning, and stuck to almost that exact number. You will not find a nicer, more professional, budget-friendly contractor. I'm willing to bet my 1970's bathroom had had no updates (besides the multiple layers of vinyl floor he found!) prior to Tim's work, so he had his work cut out for him. Tim replaced the tub, did a BEAUTIFUL tile surround, replaced the floor, toilet, vanity, and light fixtures and I'd be lying if I said the final results didn't leave me speechless; Tim's work is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be referring Tim to everyone I know!

You cannot see the seams where the one piece of crown molding meets the other.  Tim is highly recommended and he does AMAZING work.  We already have another list of projects we need him to do!

**Q: What is the brand and style of the faucets in this room? Thanks** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: They were in-stock Lowes faucets. 8" spread brushed nickel. Not sure the brand, should be easy to find on lowes.com

Could you please tell me the brand name of paint. Also what color used for walls, trim and ceiling. Beautiful. Thanks!

A: sherwin williams color Zircon. Trim is super paint semigloss white

**Q: Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you please tell me the size, color and brand of all the tile (including the flooring) in this bathroom. Love the colors!

A: tile is from lowes, i do not remember the name of it. The flooring is just sheet laminate, Most flooring shops would have a similar wood floor looking option
