> Awful customer service. They are basically "doing you a favor" when you are asking for information about the products you already purchased from them. You have to follow up more than 5 times to get their attention and then they provide an incomplete answer by yelling at you or in caps lock (when request is over email). Not purchasing from here anymore, I very much prefer Lowes customer service.

> We recently completed our first-ever kitchen remodel. I had ZERO knowledge about what kind of decisions to make, and Sarah was a constant guiding light in the process.  She provided reasonable choices and patiently helped me come up with the final decisions for the complete makeover. Her suggestions couldn't have yielded better results... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the acorn-stained, maple cabinets as well as the Laneshaw quartz countertops.  When I needed someone to complete the travertine tile backsplash, she arranged the job and I couldn't be more pleased.  Sarah was always prompt to respond to calls or visits and kept a smile on her face even though I know I was likely one of her more challenging customers.  I looked at a few different locations during the preliminary planning phase... certainly happy I ended up meeting Sarah at Southside!

She sent us home with some samples and followed up with a home visit in a few days. We wanted a quartz countertop, needed a new sink and faucet and replacement of cabinet panel backing. She made excellent suggestions and took all the necessary measurements for the top and panels. She followed up with an estimate by the next day. She coordinated with the handyman we hired and everything was done in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant to work with, has a good eye for color and design and I would recommend her highly for any home project that you would plan.

> For 95% of our kitchen remodel I worked with Sarah Halley at Southside Lumber. She took my hand drawings on the ideas I had in my head of what we were wanting this remodel to look like at its completion. Asked questions that in some cases I had not considered on my original plan in my head and improved on my ideas which we are great full for in the final drawings she came up with in the end.
