> We are very satisfied with our water softener purchase and installation experience with Premier Water.  Lars thoroughly explained our options to address our hard water and chlorine issues during his initial visit, and he made sure that we understood how the various systems worked.  The initial visit felt more like an informational meeting than a sales pitch.  Lars also was able to meet our rather short deadline for getting a system installed.  The installation went smoothly and all the employees we worked with were very courteous.  About 1 month after installation, Lars made a follow-up visit to our house to retest our water and answer a few additional questions we had.  Our water is now odor-free and we no longer have to clean hard water spots.  We obtained estimates from several companies and believe that Premier Water offered the most value for the price.  We highly recommend Premier Water!

> Lars came to the house to evaluate my current water situation. Being on well water and having previously purchased a solution from another company a year before that was not working. Lars tested my water and kept to the facts of my water conditions and how he would recommend fixing the high Iron content and manganese. Lars took the time to educate me on my water problems and never pressured me to purchase a solution without knowing the aspects of what it would fix. Lars recommended a custom Iron Curtain to address very high Iron content 6.4ppm as well as remove the manganese from my water. After it was installed Lars scheduled a followup water test to verify the correct solution was purchased. I would highly recommend working with Premier Water from start to finish very professional and stand behind the products.

> I initially started searching for water purification services a couple of years ago.  This is when I started working with Lars and the Premiere Water Technologies team.  They were very easy to setup an in-home consultation.  At the time, I decided to delay my purchase.

> In December 2015, I looked again for a solution to fix my hard water issues.  I checked several vendors (including Culligan).  I once again ran into Lars.  Lars was very easy to continue the conversation on the water issues with my home.  I had many requirements:  softer water for showering, better water for washing dishes, a reverse osmosis system for better drinking water, and finally a system to lessen the amount of fluoride in my whole home.

> I presented my requirements to other vendors (including Culligan) and they did not have a solution for these requirements.  Specifically, they didn't understand the fluoride requirement.  Lars easily understood this requirement and provided a whole-home filter that removed most of the fluoride in my house (70% after testing).

> After selecting the system that was recommended, it was very simple to schedule an installation a week later.  The professional team took about 5 hours in my home to install the whole-home filter, water softener, and reverse osmosis system.  I had specific requirements of the location of the equipment, plus a long distance to run the R.O. faucet.

> I highly recommend Premier Water Technologies to provide you with the best water filtration system based on the composition of your water.  We had high iron content, hard water, and some arsenic.  Lars Erickson came out and gave us a detailed analysis of our water.  Based on that, he was able to recommend the best system--without trying to upsell us--based on scientific analysis of our water.  We went with an iron filter and water softener to get the job done.
