This is a collection of projects completed in Atlanta and Asheville.  I am now a partner at Dover Living in Atlanta, Georgia.  We specialize in high-end outdoor living design and consultation.

I specialize in creative water environments.  I have been creating unique outdoor environments for over 20 years.  Our specialty is water and we build custom gunite swimming pools, one-of-a-kind spas, Endless Pools, and therapy bathtubs.  

Our scope includes all the services and features to create gorgeous spaces for our clients.  Beyond waterscapes, we design and build: cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, landscaping, lighting.....  Our experience and passion has led us inside and we have renovated several bathrooms.

**Q: what would something like this cost to build in Asheville, NC?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you for your question Candace.  It is always difficult to guess what a project will cost without a good thorough analysis of the site and the client's wish list.  On a steep site like the one shown in tbis photo, the cost of retaining walls will be a large pecentage of the project and differrent types of retaining walls can vary greatly in look and cost.  This site had a 15 foot drop from the upper terrace near the house down to the desired pool elevation.  We chose to take advantage of this factor with the stone wall and waterfall that you see. There is also a small grotto behind the waterfall.  At the top of the waterfall we created a small sunshelf that is close to the house.  Because the pool site is located a fair distance from the house, our client built a pool house with a with an open living room, a kitchenette, bathroom, fireplace, outdoor shower, and pump room.  I would advice that you budget $175,000 - $200,000 for the pool and pool features.  This pool house was about $150,000. In the Asheville area, we can meet with you, visit the property, and then give you a better idea of what is possible with your site.
