> Double T Design and Development did a big landscaping project for us in Georgetown, TX.  The project was started in December 2021 and completed in January of 2022.  They did a beautiful design and great work.  Part of the job was screening our patio which also turned out very nicely except for a "sticky" door that needs to be adjusted so that it will close properly.  We have been trying to reach Double T for months.  I have left voicemails and emails but no response from them.  We paid cash for the whole project exactly as they requested (half at start and half at completion), we were happy with the project, tipped the workers more than once because they cleaned up the area and took care of our property as they worked.  Normally I would sing their praises and give 5 stars. However, their lack of follow-up on a simple “sticky door” considering we paid more than $21K for the project is unacceptable.

And if they won't follow-up on a simple "sticky" door---I hope we don't have any problems with the cement and brick work.  We will not do business with a company that does not stand behind their work, and we do not recommend them to anyone else either.
