We had a horrible experience on a large expensive addition project where Mark Kramer did not listen to our requests for the project and then disappeared once work started. In hindsight there were major design flaws. These actions ended up costing us significantly more to get the project to a less than ideal outcome, which still has not achieved our goals. The results fit your personal tastes and integrate beautifully into the rest of your home.
