> Building a house is difficult no matter whom you go with, but this company takes the cake with huge gaps in quality, lack of sub-contractor supervision, and gross incompetence in execution, follow-up, and conflict resolution.  We were fortunate to have built a house previously so we knew what to look for, how to read drawings, and know when something was not done correctly.  They are completely taking advantage of first time home builders/buyers ignorance.  They are completely flabbergasted by competent ones.  Things were done out of order, sub-contractors had to be called back 5+ times to fix the same problem, last-minute scheduling leading to rushed work, huge arguments to fix things blatantly wrong, the absolute worst taping job I have seen anywhere, in any house new or old, in any state I've ever been in... I shudder to think the mess that will be made fixing ALL the ceilings in the house now that we are moved in.... and when they are 'done' giving a token effort it still will be completely sub-standard work with no recourse.  Absolutely terrible customer service and company management. The sub-contractors all acknowledge and agree Keystone is a complete joke, but they need the work and just do what they are told to do even when they know it's wrong.  Don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors and lip-service.  You have to watch them on everything, absolutely EVERYTHING.  If they think they can buffalo you with BS to get out of doing something correctly, they will try.  They will keep trying even after you have them cornered with facts and paperwork.
