The quality of the bed and the service has gone down each time. > When I received this order I noticed the headboard wasnt what I had requested. I was sent a mock up which was NOT the color I had selected. I selected a grey linen and it was blue...Similar to the last one I had bought. I told him and he said it was just a mock up and he knows I want the gray > The order was over 4 months to get so I just sighed and decided not to say a thing. > I have had a master electrician and a low voltage installer as well as my master builder not be able to get the lights to work. I am told by owner to send them back...I HAVE HOLES IN MY FURNITURE. First, I ordered white high gloss / brown color but in person brown table and shelf looks so cheap and ugly to me So, I asked you to exchange to white ,agreed to pay shipping fees because I ordered wrong which I made a mistake.
