It needed a lot of work (repaired flooring, paint, remodel of master bath, electrical, attic work/decking, insulation, sheetrock repair, total fence replacement, kitchen remodel with cabinet re-stain, etc). > > Jeremy was responsive to a quite large list of renovations, with the biggest changes being a complete demo/remodel of the master bath, and updating the kitchen area. His pricing was fair, and he did a good job of weaving together the various teams (plumbers, electricians, wall repair, staining and painting crews, etc) to cut down on the timeline as best possible. I hope he passes on the before/after pictures of our project to anyone wanting an example of work. We are 100% pleased with the work, and would strongly recommend. > > As a side note that he isn't just a "grab your money and go after job is done" - immediately after we finished renovating in May, we sprung 3 leaks in some attic plumbing (unrelated bad luck on some copper lines that had been rubbing for years) and he dropped what he was doing to return to our house, mitigate the leaks, and have his plumbing team respond as a priority.
