> I bought carpet and installation from Home Depot. Home Depot contracted the installation with FPN. The installers completely ruined the base board in one of the rooms - bottom quarter of my entire base board in that room was torn up and the wood gouged. FPN sent an investigator to check it out and they claimed the damage was already there. They claimed the painter missed the bottom quarter of the base board (even though the rest of the base board in the house was perfect) and they claimed they didn’t see and damage. FPN was the most dishonest company I’ve worked with in quite some time. Don’t buy carpet from Home Depot if they use FON as their installers.
