I tried him out first where the effort was to install floor in a large master bath (~ 130 sq ft). He came in and put a laser level on the floor to identify high and low spots on the existing plywood and then recommend how to float the tile. Great work on this effort and therefore I gave him two other projects: a shower and remodel of a master bath. His team tackled the baths one at a time so that we could always have a working bathroom. Both jobs were completed and with no issues. I will use Abby and his team again for other tile work jobs.
