After interviewing many builders, we selected Dekel and his company due to their reputation for great craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a long history of completing projects on time and on budget. Our home construction project began and Dekel construction methods and strong vendor relationships allowed for the job to be delivered on the original delivery date (no small feat in the ensuing supply chain crisis). During the process, Dekel and his crew were extremely easy to work with and we valued their focus on our project. I would highly recommend H18 Construction and their innovative construction process -- they don't just build houses, they create magnificent homes. ### All 43 reviews **★★★★★ — Eugene Mcdonald, March 2024** > We used H18 Construction to remodel the kitchen in our condo and overall it was a great experience. > Dekel was very patient with us and really listened to what we wanted for our home. This was our first major home renovation and we learned so much. There were many more choices and options than we realized going in, but Dekel was so patient and always readily available to help and guide us. We love how our final bathroom turned out, it is exactly what we wanted! He made sure that even the smallest touches looked polished and professional. He also reached out to us several weeks after the project had been completed to make sure we were happy and there were no issues. Would not hesitate to recommend H18 Construction! **★★★★★ — Glenda Wallace, March 2024** > H18 Construction is a fantastic company and what every home remodeling company should aspire to be. We remodeled our kitchen last month from its 1960 origins, including removing a load bearing wall, new hardwood floor, new electrical and plumbing, and went with H18 Construction after Dekel got us a detailed, thorough estimate within a day. Every trade craft working on the project was highly skilled and did a great job. Dekel was organized, always super communicative, and when materials arrived late, flexible, and made everything go like clockwork. Even with surprises like asbestos and significant material delays the project was completed within the fairly short timeframe Dekel initially gave us. We appreciate the new kitchen so much, it looks amazing in every detail! We will definitely contact Dekel for future home remodeling work because he is the best! **★★★★★ — Olive Freeman, March 2024** > Dekel worked with us from beginning to end. We had an idea, and he helped us flesh it out and make it come true. He is very helpful and supportive, and very good at what he does. He rolled with changes that we asked for, and we love the kitchen that he helped us create. He was upfront and transparent about pricing, which was also lower than bids we received from other, larger companies. He and his crew followed Covid precautions, and they worked easily with our guidelines. Dekel and his team were also very quick, he gave a short timeline, and actually delivered faster than expected. I would highly recommend H18 Construction **★★★★★ — Kenneth Ramos, March 2024** > I am so pleased with the work of H18 Construction! We love our house!
