Sarah Vail has been working in the design world of California and New York City since 2002.  She started her own firm as a way to incorporate her experience, vision and style into actual and realized spaces with an emphasis on high-end urban residential.

Sarah took the time to listen to our needs and was then able to work within our budget to suggest and procure items that fit into our style aesthetic and limited space.  What impressed me most about Sarah (other than her amazing personality!) is her vendor relationships.  We had an issue with a product that was defected - she took the lead with the vendor and had the product fully replaced (as well as removed and reassembled at no additional cost).  Months later the same item proved faulted again - and once again Sarah worked her magic with the vendor.  This is not something that we as individual buyers would have been able to make happen.  Looking forward to working with her again on future projects!
