Z., Sept. 2017** > Jordan is very knowledgeable about passive houses, and we have relied on his expertise and experience in our gut renovation of a three story Landmarked townhouse in Park Slope. His style is definitely more modern, and it contrasted well with the exterior of the home. We are about 1.5 months away from the major completion date and look forward to finally moving in to our new place. Marijke has also been very helpful, detail oriented and organized. She also has good ideas and managed hiccups along construction well with some forward-thinking. The contractor, Mike Dika at Supreme Contracting, has worked with Jordan before and they have a good working relationship, which helps with the day-to-days during construction. We did have a long permitting process before breaking ground (9 months), however.
