Are honed Cearerstone countertops hard to care for?

A: Caesarstone Lagos Blue- honed
Wine will stain if left sitting overnight.  It will definitely acquire ring stains over time but, it really just patinas I think.  I currently have super white quartzite polished and it's awful.  It has water ring stains because it absorbs deep into the stone.  Plus, it looks a bit fake.  I wish I had Caesarstone or real marble.
